Personal information that you provide will be held by us and by our outsourced server provider who uses cloud hosted infrastructure located in New Zealand and you consent to us and our server provider storing your personal information.

We will share the underground asset data with any authenticated user that wishes to access the data. These users will be able to view the data on the Platform and may have the ability to download data from the Platform and/or consume the data through a web service data feed, subject to the security levels (please refer to the End User Licence Agreement). We may also share the data with other government agencies and non-government organisations and the data may be made available on a public version of an underground asset register. The network utility data and site records data may contain names, email addresses and phone numbers for relevant contact personnel for organisations that use the Platform.
